We ship our products worldwide. Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, the following are only estimates.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is 100% FREE for all orders over $50.00. For US orders under $50, shipping is a flat rate of $4.99. For all International orders under $50, shipping is a flat rate of $6.99.
When will my order arrive?
Our fulfillment centers are currently overseas.
We ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery if you are in the United States and 3-5 weeks for delivery for the rest of the world. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) sooner than the estimated delivery time. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are working on shortening the delivery times but in order to offer great prices, we have to source our products overseas which inevitable lengthens the delivery time. Will you provide a Tracking Number?
In most cases when order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. In some countries, where shipping information is restricted to only a select group of shipping companies, tracking information may not be available, but this is rare.
I ordered Multiple items, but I have only received 1 of them, where is/are my other item(s)?
Our items are supplied by multiple fulfillment centers and so if you place an order for more than 1 item it is possible that they are shipped from different fulfillment centers, in different packages. All fulfillment centers we work with ship within 24-48 hours, however, due to location, the shipment times might vary. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email

If the order arrives at your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
